The Australia Study Abroad Program Winter 2012 while having a strong focus on Wine and Viticulture, will offer upper division general education classes to. open up the program to all majors and interests. Classes will be held at the University of Adelaide in southern Australia. Professors Gerry Ritchie and Stephen Lloyd-Moffett brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will enhance the academic program in Australia. Comparative study of the religions of Asia, particularly Hinduism, Buddhism, and the religions of China. Topics include historical continuities/discontinuities, worldviews, sacred texts, practices, responses to modernity, the place of women 477 2011-2013 Cal Poly Catalog across the traditions. 4 lectures.
